NK Maribor 2014/15 adidas Home and Away Kits

Slovenian PrvaLiga champions for the last five seasons, NK Maribor are now playing in the group stage of the UEFA Champions League after successfully advancing through three knockout qualification rounds of the competition.

NK Maribor has a two uniform match collection for the 2014/15 season made up of a home kit in the club’s traditional purple along with a yellow away strip. Provided by technical sponsor adidas, both of the Maribor 14/15 jerseys use the same polo collared template with flashes on the upper chest area. The adidas arc present on most of the sportswear firm’s current kits runs on the upper back.

Club captain and starting striker since 2008 Marcos Tavares was the face of the NK Maribor 2014/15 kit launch campaign. The one-time Brazil Under-23 player has notched 87 goals and counting in over 200 appearances for Vijoličasti (The Purples).

NK Maribor are pooled with Chelsea FC, Schalke 04 and Sporting Portugal in Group G of the Champions League. They have managed credible 1-1 draws with Schalke and Sporting in their opening two matches of the competition.
