Manchester City 2014/15 Nike Home Kit

English Premier League champions for two of the last three seasons, Manchester City Football Club, have released their 2014/15 home kit from Nike.

It will be available at World Soccer Shop, UK Soccer Shop, Subside Sports and Kitbag along with rest of The Citizens’ 14/15 match and training ranges.

According to Nike: Manchester City’s new home kit for this season embodies the club’s pioneering spirit of innovation with a fast and sleek, all-blue look.

Later this year, the club is set to open a new state-of-the-art City Football Academy (CFA), directly adjacent to Etihad Stadium in the heart of East Manchester.

The new training ground will include 16 pitches and a mini-stadium with a capacity of 7,000 for the club’s Elite Development Squad, Manchester City Women’s Football Club (MCWFC) and Academy youth sides.

The new home shirt is sky blue with dark blue high cuffs and a constructed V-neck collar with a sky blue triangle beneath it.

Inside the back of the neck is a dark blue pennant tab with the bold statement “We are City” in laser blue.

The new home shorts are field blue with a thin dark blue stripe along each side, while the new home socks are field blue with a dark blue band at the top, and a wide dark blue tonal stripe on the back.
