Charlton Athletic Football Club have released their 2014/15 Nike home kit for their English Football League Championship and domestic cup runs. It will be available at the UK Soccer Shop Championship store.
The Addicks 14/15 home kit uses a round-necked design similar to the primary shirt worn by the London club in the mid-1960s. It also has a heavy dose of white added to Charlton’s usual home red in the upper chest, shoulder and arm areas.
In another ode to the past, the Charlton Athletic home shorts will be white for the first time since the 1969/70 season. Finally, red-and-white hooped socks complete the uniform. They return to the club’s strip after a nine-year absence. The last time they were used was during the 2005/06 when then boss Alan Curbishley led the team to a thirteenth place finish in the Premier League
