Regional powerhouse Sampaio Corrêa have launched their 2014 home, away and Brazil national team tribute kits for their Campeonato Brasileiro Série B and Copa do Brasil seasons. These new jerseys are provided by Brazilian firm Super Bolla.

The recently crowned 2014 Campeonato Maranhense (Maranhão State Championship) winners new home shirt is in the club nicknamed Bolivianos (Bolivians) usual red, green and yellow stripes. The colors are the source of Sampaio Corrêa’s nicknamed since they are the same as the national colors of Bolivia.

Sampaio’s 2014 away kit is in a tamer white with a a vertical tricolored band on its left front side. Finally, as with many other Brazilian clubs this year (for example Palmeiras, Atlético Paranaense, Corinthians, Internacional, Santos, Coritiba and Bahia) Sampaio Corrêa has also dropped a third kit in the famous yellow and green of the Brazil national team.

A fourth tier club in 2012, Sampaio Corrêa has achieved promotion over the course of the last two seasons. The club has never campaigned in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A. The team did win the Série B in 1972 when automatic promotion to the top flight was not given for winning the league.
