Romania 2014/15 adidas Home and Away Kits

1994 World Cup quarter-finalists Romania kick off their EURO 2016 qualification campaign on September 7 when they travel to Greece. The Tricolorii (The Tricolours) will also meet Northern Ireland, Hungary, Finland and the Faroe Islands in their bid to appear in a major competition for the first time since EURO 2008.

Over the course of the next year, all of the Romanian football teams will wear their newly launched 2014/15 home and away kits from technical sponsor adidas. Both are now available at Subside Sports.

The team’s new jerseys are in Romania’s traditional home yellow with red and blue accents and red with yellow and blue accents. Both use a new round neck design from adidas with blue flashes on their sleeves and an arc on their upper backs. The text “ROMANIA” is embroidered on the shirts’ rear, outer neck area.

 

The Romania senior men’s national team debuted their 2014/15 home kit in an impressive 0-0 draw with a full strength Argentina team on Wednesday at he National Arena in Bucharest.

Currently ranked 33rd in the world by FIFA, Romania currently features a squad of mainly domestic-based players along with the like of Costel Pantilimon (Manchester City) and Ciprian Marica (Getafe) and Alexandru Maxim (VfB Stuttgart).
