LDU Quito 2014 Umbro Home and Away Kits

Ecuadorian power Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Quito presented their 2014 Umbro home and away kits to their fans during their pre-season Noche Blanca (White Night) on Saturday night.

The 2014 Umbro LDU jerseys use new classic football shirt polo-collared designs from the UK-based sportswear company. They also feature pronounced sleeve cuffs reminiscent of old school kits.

The Liga de Quito 2014 home kit is in the team’s traditional white with red accents while the away uniform is all red with white accents. The home strip was worn in match action for the first time in a 3-0 friendly win over Colombian team América de Cali the finish the Noche Blanca festivities.

Ecuadorian Serie A winners on ten occasions and Copa Libertadores champions in 2008, LDU finished last season in sixth place in Ecuador’s top-tier of soccer. The team currently features Ecuador national team players including goalkeeper Alexander Domínguez and midfielder Luis Saritama.
