Grêmio 2013/14 Topper Black Third Kit

2013 Copa do Brasil semi-finalists side Grêmio have launched a black 2013/14 third kit from technical sponsor Topper.

Expected to be available soon at the Subside Sports Brazilian club store, the Grêmio 13/14 alternate was worn in match action for the first time during Sunday’s contentious Campeonato Brasileiro Série A draw with Bahia.

The new shirt uses the same Topper design as the white 2013 Grêmio away jersey unveiled in June. Like the club’s other current kits, it  uses a design inspired the shirts worn by the Tricolor during the 1983 season when they won the Copa Libertadores and Intercontinental Cup. As was the case in 1983, the jersey’s badge is circular in shape with a circumference of 9 cm.

Grêmio also released a 2013 Copa Libertadores shirt in February that was worn during their run to the Round of 16 of the tournament.
