Captained by Stoke City striker Kenwyne Jones, Trinidad and Tobago had their best international outing in some time last month when they made the quarter-finals of the 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
During their four match run in the tournament, The Soca Warriors donned their newly released 2013/14 home and away kits from Spanish sportswear firm Joma.
The new jerseys featured pinstriped, collared designs first used for the Valencia CF 2012/13 home kit. They are the first T&T kits to be provided by Joma following the Trinidad and Tobago Football Federation (TTFF) signing a five-year deal with the company.
FIFA World Cup qualifiers in 2006, Trinidad and Tobago is currently ranked 78th in the world. Caribbean champions on eight occasions, the team has featured well-known players such as former Manchester United forward Dwight Yorke, West Ham and Newcastle United goalie Shaka Hislop, and FC Porto midfield Russell Latapy over the last two decades.
