Robert Lewandowski scored all four goals for his club to lead Borussia Dortmund to a 4-1 overReal Madrid 4-1 on Wednesday night in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League semifinal.

Cristiano Ronaldo kept Real’s hopes in the tournament alive with a vital away goal in the 43rd to temporarily tie the match at 1-1.

The clubs will clash again in Spain on April 30th in Madrid with Real facing an uphill battle against the last remaining undefeated team in the tournament.

Borussia Dortmund: Weidenfeller; Piszczek (Grosskreutz, 83), Subotic, Hummels, Schmelzer; Bender, Gündogan (Schieber, 90); Blaszczykowski (Kehl, 82), Götze; Reus, Lewandowski.
