Norwegian Tippeligaen club Vålerenga Fotball has unveiled its 2013 adidas home and away kits. The new strips are also the club’s centennial uniforms.
The five-time Premier League champions’ 2013 home shirt is based on the Vålerenga 1915 kit. The two-year old club had worn moss green until then when it came across a set of unclaimed kits in blue and red originally intended for a Norwegian State Railways side.
The Vålerenga 2013 home and away jerseys both use a retro-looking, slim fitting adidas shirt design featuring a polo collar. While both currently bear the logos of secondary shirt sponsors, the club has yet to find a main sponsor for the new season.
