Back in May, French Ligue 1 club FC Girondins de Bordeaux (usually referred to as just Bordeaux) extended its technical sponsorship deal with Germany’s PUMA for another eight years. The club unveiled the first of its three playing strips for new season in the form of its PUMA 2012/13 third kit as part of the sponsorship renewal announcement.
The six-time Ligue 1 champions have now unveiled their PUMA 2012/13 home and away kits. Along with a number of other PUMA kits for the upcoming season, the Girodins de Bordeaux PUMA 2012/13 white away jersey the now well-known design first seen with Italy EURO 2012 home jersey. The Bordeaux 12/13 home jersey uses what appears to be a brand new collared PUMA shirt template.
Bordeaux finished the 2011/12 season in fifth place and qualified for the Playoff Round of the UEFA Europa League as a result. FCGB last won the league title in 2009.
