Manchester City Umbro 2011/12 Premier League Champions Jerseys

Manchester City came from a goal down to defeat Queens Part Rangers 3-2 their final match of the 2011/12 English Premier League season on Sunday. The victory gave City its first English top division title since 1968.

In celebration of their third ever league title, Manchester City have launched special edition versions of their Umbro 2011/12 home and away jerseys. Each features the text “CHAMPIONS” and the number “12” printed in a gold version of the Premier League official shirt lettering. The shirts also include “PREMIER LEAGUE CHAMPIONS 2011/12” embroidered above the club badge and Barclays Premier League badges on their sleeves.

The Manchester City Umbro 2011/12 Premier League Champions home kit was worn by the team’s players during the presentation of the league championship trophy and during post-match celebrations on Sunday. It is now available at World Soccer Shop and Onionbag.com.
