Arsenal defeated AC Milan 3-0 in the Round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday but exited the competition 4-3 on aggregate.

Tomas Rosicky pounced on Thiago Silva’s weak clearance in the 26th to double the lead before Robin van Persie converted a penalty in the 43rd to make matters 3-0.
Milan put on a better display in the second half to deny Arseanl a series equalizer and managed good efforts at goal from Ibrahimovic and Nocerino.
