Russia adidas EURO 2012 Away Jersey / Kit

Following an impressive run that saw it top EURO 2012 qualifying Group B, Russia is into its third consecutive European championships. Captained by Andrei Arshavin and managed by respected Dutch coach Dick Advocaat, Russia is pooled with co-hosts Poland, 2004 champions Greece and the Czech Republic in Group A of the tournament.

On Monday, the Russia EURO 2012 away kit  (now available at World Soccer Shop) was unveiled in Moscow. It appears to use the same adidas design as the Russian EURO 2012 home jersey launched last November but is in the team’s traditional away white with red accents.

According to the Russian press, the new uniform will not be worn for Wednesday’s friendly with Denmark in Copenhagen because of an agreement with the Danish federation. Instead it should make its debut during one of Russia’s May friendlies.
