SC Internacional Nike 2012 Home Kit

2010 Copa Libertadores champions Sport Club Internacional (usually called Internacional or Inter) have unveiled their Nike 2012 home kit. The three time Campeonato Brasileiro Série A winners switch technical sponsors from Reebok to the American sportswear giant for the new season.

The Internacional Nike 2012 home kit was launched on Thursday night at Rio de Janeiro’s Jockey club along with the Brazil 2012/13 home and away kits. It is expected to see action on Sunday, February 5th when captain Andrés D’Alessandro and his team meet Grêmio in Campeonato Gaúcho action at the Olímpico Monumental. The club is currently 4th in the tournament’s top division after four matches played.

Many outside of Brazil may remember Inter for their 2006 FIFA World Club Cup triumph over an FC Barcelona side featuring the likes of Ronaldinho and Deco. The club participated in the 2010 edition of the tournament but was shockingly defeated in the semi-final round by DR Congo’s TP Mazembe.
