English Football League One side Notts County FC has unveiled its 2012/13 home jersey. The new Fila kit is the Magpies’ 150th anniversary kit.
According to the Notts County website: The limited edition shirt, manufactured by Fila, is based on the club’s traditional black & white stripes worn so proudly over the years. The shirt incorporates the names of season ticket holders who purchased their tickets for the 2011-12 season early.
Because of the popularity of the club and the fact that Notts County is the world’s oldest football club, the new shirt is much sought after and is now available by ballot only “to all Vice Presidents, season ticket holders and Member 75s for either this season or the 2012/13 campaign.”
