The United States and Mexico battled to a 1-1 draw in an international soccer friendly in Philadelphia, PA on Wednesday night.
New USA boss Jurgen Klinsmann and his Mexican counterpart Jose Manuel de la Torre fielded squads that consisted of mixes of regulars and fringe players in a rematch of June’s 2011 CONCACAF Gold Cup Final.

Mexico dominated the match in the first half and deservedly went up 1-0 in the 17th minute through Oribe Peralta. MLS-based substitutes Brek Shea, Juan Agudelo and Robbie Rogers combined for the USA’s equalizer in the 73rd minute with Roger’s finishing off the move.
