Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. today announced new Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 screenshots. The new screenshots showcase some of the groundbreaking game elements that have been added to create a more immersive gameplay experience for Pro Evolution Soccer 2012.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 is full of new gameplay additions. Animation has been enhanced, while the overall presentation has also been refined. Gameplay, shooting movement and reactions are also improved and control is no longer totally lost defenders bump attackers off the ball.

Sport fans will also be introduced to the all-new Active AI system which ensures that teammates work to close down space, defend zonally and hold their line to minimize attacking options. The Teammate Control system is another truly unique addition for Pro Evolution Soccer 2012, allowing the user to control two players at once, prompting runs or drawing defenders with one player, while the other player holds the ball up.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 is slated for release on September 27 in the United States for PlayStation®3, Xbox 360® and Windows PC. Release dates for Wii, PlayStation®2 and PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) versions of Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 will be announced shortly.
