Tigres UANL adidas 2011/12 Away Jersey / Camiseta

Club Deportivo Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, often known only as Tigres or Tigres UANL, is a popular Mexican professional football club which plays in the Mexican Primera División. Tigres are the official team of the public university the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.

The club last won the Primera División de México title in 1982 and finished last season in 1st position in the league but were eliminated in the post-season playoffs at the quarter final stage. Tigres are known to USA soccer fans as the club of international Jonathan Bornstein.

In preparation for the upcoming Mexican Apertura 2011 season, the Tigres UANL 2011/12 away jersey has been officially launched. It was worn for the first time during Sunday’s 4-0 pre-season win over Pumas.
