Bayer 04 Leverkusen adidas 2011/13 Away Kit / Trikot

A draw in their last match of the 2010/11 season will ensure a second place finish for German Bundesliga side Bayer 04 Leverkusen and an group stage spot in the 2011/12 UEFA Champions League.

In anticipation of next season, the Bayer Leverkusen adidas 2011/12 away jersey has been launched by the club. According to Bayer 04’s website:

The away shirt symbolises unity and identification. Werkself fans have the opportunity to show their support in a unique way. The line from the club song “BAYER 04 WE STAND BY YOU!” is woven in red inside the top of the shirt at the back.

The visual highlight of the away kit is a beige area across the chest which contrasts with the white shirt. The kit includes white shorts and white socks with “B04” on and red stripes to give it a final touch.

Bayer 04 sporting director Rudi Völler: “I think it’s turned out really well as a classic shirt that stands out with its red, beige and white colours.”

The new away kit is to be used for the first in the final game of the current Bundesliga campaign. The Werkself will wear the kit for the first time in Saturday’s away game at SC Freiburg.
