Sport Club Internacional, known simply as Internacional or Inter, is a Brazilian football team from Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul founded on April 4, 1909.

Many may remember Inter for their 2006 FIFA World Club Cup triumph over an FC Barcelona side featuring the likes of Ronaldinho and Deco. The club participated in the 2010 edition of the tournament in December but was shockingly defeated in the semi-final round by DR Congo’s TP Mazembe.

Internacional is the defending Copa Libertadores champion but finished last season in a disappointing 7th place in the 2010 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A. The club’s last domestic league crown came in 1979.

On Thursday night Sport Club Internacional launched its home, away, third and goalkeeper kits for the 2011 Brazilian and Copa Libertadores seasons. Here’s a look at Guiñazu, Rafael Sobis, Renan and several other Inter players in the new uniforms.
