Campeonato Brasileiro Série A club Botafogo has launched a special edition Fila kit in tribute to legendary club striker Túlio Maravilha.
The new Botafogo kit uses a 1990s jersey design inspired by that worn by the club during its 1995 Campeonato Brasileiro-winning season. The title was in one of Túlio’s three spells with the Rio de Janeiro club. His 1994-1996 run with the club was his most prolific with 134 goals in 163 games.
Túlio retired from soccer in 2009 at age 40 after his third run with Botafogo. He was called up the the Brazilian national team on 15 occasions from 1990-1995 and has 13 international goals under his belt.
