Video: FC Barcelona 4 – Arsenal 1 (UEFA Champions League Highlights)

Lionel Messi led FC Barcelona into the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions league earlier today with all of his team’s goals in a 4-1 win over an injury-depleted Arsenal. With the result Barcelona emerged as 6-3 aggregate victors over the Gunners following last week’s 2-2 tie.

Nicklas Bendtner gave Arsenal a surprise lead in the 18th minute before Messi replied for the hosts in the 21st. The Argentine striker then followed with goals in the 37th, 42nd and 88th minutes as Barcelona outplayed Arsenal for much of the match.

Barcelona will now face Italian Serie A club Inter Milan in the semi-finals of the competition on the 20th or 21st  and 27th or 28th of April.
