The fastest red-card foul in Major League Soccer history led to Kansas City’s 1-0 win of the New York Red Bulls last night. The resulting penalty kick was scored by Claudio Lopez and moved the Wizards to the top MLS’ Eastern Conference standings with 10 points, one ahead of Chicago.
