Scottish Premier League powerhouse Celtic Football Club will wear a predominantly green away kit for the 2015\/16 season. The latest Bhoys uniform was unveiled on Wednesday by technical partner New Balance and will be available at\u00a0at UK Soccer Shop<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0Kitbag<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0World Soccer Shop<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0along with the Celtic 15\/16 home kit<\/a>. A white or yellow third strip is expected from the club this summer given the prominence of green on the primary and away shirts.<\/p>\n

\"New<\/a><\/p>\n

According to NB: For over 100 years, solid green has been synonymous with the Celtic FC away kit jersey and has represented the achievements of the Club away from home. Looking back to the historical moments of the 1960\u2019s era, culminating in the glories of the successful 1966-67 European Cup winning campaign, the iconic all green strip featured both in Europe and in domestic away matches. This memorable green strip has been reinvented and refreshed with fine white pinstripes.<\/p>\n

\"New<\/a><\/p>\n

To achieve a modern take on a classic theme, sublimated white pinstripes cut through Celtic green, with a full colour crest, complimented by an integrated V-insert collar. Celtic FC\u2019s rich heritage is also celebrated with the inclusion of club message \u201cA Club Like No Other\u201d to the inner back neck and an external Celtic cross sign off. The kit is completed with green shorts, and green socks with fine white pinstripe hoops.<\/p>\n

Scottish PFA Player of the Year and Celtic FC\u2019s Player of Year as voted by fans, Stefan Johansen, said, \u201cYou always want to make a strong impression from the moment you step on the pitch – New Balance has made an away kit which will achieve this. The kit stays true to the clubs traditions, and is unique and comfortable. We all really like it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\"New<\/a><\/p>\n

The kit incorporates NB Dry, technology that helps keep the body cool and dry whilst being active. The moisture wicking fabric releases moisture away from the body, making it fast-drying and it is anatomically fitted to form around the player\u2019s body shape for ease of movement. NB Flex technology, a fiber construction that provides enhanced stretch for a less restrictive garment, is incorporated into the goalkeeper kit to help with motion and fit.<\/p>\n
