Italian Serie A club AS Roma has revealed their Nike home kit for their 2015\/16 league, Coppa Italia and UEFA Champions League seasons. The latest\u00a0Giallorossi (Yellow-Reds) will be available\u00a0at the\u00a0World Soccer Shop<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0Subside Sports<\/a>, UK Soccer Shop<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Kitbag<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>ASR stores.<\/p>\n

According to Nike: AS Roma is a club renowned for its storied and illustrious history, yet the 2015-16 season sees the Italian club entering an exciting new era.<\/p>\n

For the upcoming season, AS Roma will play in a striking new kit by Nike that reflects the club\u2019s growing confidence, as well as the respect that the team inspires in their rivals.<\/p>\n

Taking inspiration from the armor worn by Roman soldiers, the new home kit is designed to create a powerful look on the pitch. The team will emerge from the tunnel dressed for battle, ready to perform as a legion and illustrate the strength rooted in their commitment to the collective.<\/p>\n

The shirt is in classic AS Roma red and features a unique new crewneck collar with a small split at the front. This replicates the neckline on the iron chest armor worn by soldiers in the Roman army more than 2,000 years ago.<\/p>\n

A darker shade of red runs along the shoulder blades and sleeves in a single panel, further enhancing the players\u2019 physical presence.<\/p>\n

Complementing the AS Roma red, the sleeves\u2019 cuffs are in the club\u2019s traditional yellow, which features stripes running down the shirt\u2019s flanks.<\/p>\n

The new white shorts include a yellow stripe on each side that connects with the stripe on the shirt.<\/p>\n

For the first time, the numbers on the back of the new AS Roma shirt contain a graphic print tribute to the Italian capital\u2019s heralded architectural wonders, ancient streets and vibrant neighborhoods, illustrating the strong bond between the club, the city and the fans.<\/p>\n

The new home socks are entirely red with a wide tonal stripe of chevrons on the back of the calf.<\/p>\n
