The Basque Country national football team will play its only match of the year on December 28th against Catalunya<\/a> at\u00a0San Mam\u00e9s. In preparation for the meeting of Spanish regional powers, the\u00a0Euskadiko Futbol Federakundea and sportswear firm Astore has released the Basque (or\u00a0Euskal Selekzioa) 2015 home kit.<\/p>\n

The new kit was modeled by players from the Spanish La Liga\u00a0teams based in the Basque Country autonomous community.\u00a0Athletic Bilbao was represented by Mikel Rico and Eli Ibarra, Real Sociedad by Maialen Zelaia and Eibar by Eneko B\u00f3veda, Dani Garc\u00eda and Laura Prieto.<\/p>\n

The uniform is in the customary green, white and red of the Basque flag. The match shirt uses two tones of green with red and white in its modern collar. White shorts and red socks complete the strip. It is accompanied by a leisure range from Astore.<\/p>\n
