Marquee players Frank Lampard and David Villa are the models for the newly unveiled New York City FC adidas 2015 away kit. The jersey joins the new Major League Soccer (MLS) franchise’s 2015 home shirt<\/a> in the club’s inaugural match range.<\/p>\n

The New York City FC 2015 away kit (available soon at World Soccer Shop<\/a><\/strong>) introduces a previously unseen adidas design that includes a v-shaped split in its collar and a series of glossy diagonal stripes on its front.<\/p>\n

The black jersey is accented with an orange insert in the collar split and orange trimmed MLS badges on its sleeves. A sky blue waistline, sleeve cuffs and adidas shoulder stripes complete the team’s alternate look. The light blue used is New YorkCity \u00a0FC’s primary color and that of majority owner Manchester City FC.<\/p>\n
