The highly-anticipated 2014\/16 Thailand home and away kits were unveiled by Thai FA technical sponsor Grand Sport in Bangkok on Monday. Both are now\u00a0available at World Soccer Shop<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Both will be worn in upcoming meetings with the Philippines, Palestine and New Zealand in the build up to the 2014 AFF Championship (known as the 2014 AFF Suzuki Cup for sponsorship purposes).<\/p>\n

The Thailand 2014\/16 home kit is red with a series of subtle tonal horizontal stripes. It has a white polo color above a buttonless placket for a look reminiscent of the USA 14\/15 home jersey<\/a>. The away shirt uses the same design is blue. Thai national symbols appear in gold print on the upper inside and outside back areas of both kits.<\/p>\n

Ranked 165th in the world by FIFA, Thailand is pooled with co-hosts Singapore, Myanmar and Malaysia in Group B of the 2014 Suzuki Cup. The War Elephants have won the competition three times (last in 2002) and were runners-ups in three of the last four editions of Southeast Asian’s football championship.<\/p>\n
