[FRIDAY 30 MAY, 2014]<\/strong> Warrior Football has delivered another statement of intent to its global strategy by announcing the brand will become the official kit supplier of two-time European champions FC Porto. Effective from July 2014, the deal will see Warrior design the FC Porto home, away and third kits, as well as training apparel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in 1893, FC Porto is a club built on success. No other Portuguese club can match their impressive list of honours and the \u2018Drag\u00f5es\u2019 (Dragons) have achieved a clean sweep of every major competition in Europe, a feat very few teams have managed. During the 2012\/13 season, Porto blew away their rivals as they became the second team in the history of the Primeira Liga to twice complete an entire 30 game season unbeaten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FC Porto joins Liverpool FC<\/a>, Sevilla FC<\/a> and Stoke City FC<\/a> on Warrior\u2019s roster of teams. Since launching in football in 2012, the brand has established strong relationships with high profile global clubs and players; Fernando Reges, Vincent Kompany, Marouane Fellaini and Kolo Toure amongst those promoting the Warrior brand and products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The FC Porto 2014\/15 Warrior home kit features 11 subtle sublimation lines that score the bold blue stripes, representing the 11 players on the pitch. These divide the blue stripes in 12, representing the 12th player, FC Porto\u2019s supporters. Contrast orange piping to the shoulder seams completes the fluid modern look of the shirt which is fitted with a two-tone mesh for added ventilation. Embroidered onto the back neck are the words \u2018FC Porto\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
