adidas has unveiled the 2014 FIFA World Cup away kit for reigning\u00a0AFC Asian Cup champions<\/a>\u00a0Japan. The Japan’s first ever yellow uniform will be available at Kitbag<\/a>, <\/strong>World Soccer Shop<\/a>, Subside Sports <\/a><\/strong>and UK Soccer Shop<\/a> <\/strong>along with the extremely popular Blue Samurai 2014\/15 home jersey<\/a>.

\"Japan<\/a><\/p>\n

Japan 2014 World Cup away jersey uses the same adidas shirt design as the team’s home kit. Both are inspired by the pre-game\u00a0“ENJIN” (“going into a huddle”). While in this formation, Japan’s players will form a ring via the orange arc graphic on the back of their new kits symbolizing “KESSOKU” (“bond, unity”). The eleven rays emanating from the Japan Football Association badge represent the players coming out of the Enjin.<\/p>\n

adidas has also released the Japan women’s national team 2014\/15 alternate kit. It features the official FIFA World Champions badge on its right side in recognition of\u00a0Nadeshiko Japan’s 2011 Women’s World Cup triumph along along with pink sleeve cuffs (versus the blue on the men’s away shirt).<\/p>\n

Japne is currently ranked fiftieth and third in the world respectively in FIFA’s men’s and women’s ranking. The men’s national team returns to action on March 5th in a pre-World Cup friendly with New Zealand in Tokyo.<\/p>\n
