Czech powerhouse AC Sparta Prague (Czech: AC Sparta Praha) unveiled its Nike home kit for the 2013\/2014 and 2014\/2015 seasons during a press conference earlier this week. Here is a detailed look at the new \u017delezn\u00e1 Sparta (Iron Sparta) home jersey along with details on it from Nike.<\/p>\n

The Czech Republic\u2019s most successful club Sparta Prague next season will play in a classic new home kit celebrating the team’s 120th anniversary.<\/p>\n

\"AC<\/a>\u00a0\"AC<\/a><\/p>\n

A clean, distinctive design takes the kit back to its roots with its traditional red color, which was first introduced in 1906. The allover red jersey has a white ribbed crossover V-neck collar and a white ribbed cuff on the sleeves. In addition to the club crest on the chest, a heritage badge with the dates 1893-2013 is placed in the center to mark the club’s anniversary.<\/p>\n

Inside the back of the neck is a bonded woven label bearing the proud message: \u201cMy Jsme Sparta\u201d (We are Sparta).<\/p>\n

The new home shorts are white with a thin red stripe along each side, and the socks are black with a red band at the top and a red block on the back designed to give players greater visual acuity on the pitch.<\/p>\n
