<\/a><\/p>\nAccording to AS Roma:\u00a0As part of the celebrations for the club’s 85th anniversary, AS Roma has decided to launch its own Hall of Fame. The aim of this new initiative is to enshrine the memory of an elite group of players who, since 1927, have had an impact on the history, success and heritage of AS Roma and its fans.<\/p>\n
The first eleven former players inducted to the Hall of Fame were Tancredi, Cafu, Losi, Aldair, Rocca, Bernardini, Di Bartolomei, Falcao, Conti, Pruzzo and Amadei. They were celebrated at the Stadio Olimpico\u00a0on Sunday ahead of the club’s 2-0 win over Atalanta.<\/p>\n AS Roma has also launched a special edition of its 2012\/13 Kappa home kit<\/a> (now available at\u00a0World Soccer Shop<\/a><\/strong>) to commemorate the opening of its Hall of Fame.
