F.C. Tokyo is a Japanese J. League soccer team that will return to the top-tier of Japanese soccer, the J. League Division 1 (J1), after a one year stint in the J. League Division 2\u00a0. Nicknamed the The Gas Men because of their one-time association with the Tokyo Gas Company, F.C. Tokyo was a regular in J1 until it was relegated to J2 for the first time at the end of the 2010 season.<\/p>\n
adidas Japan recently launched the FC Tokyo 2012 home and away jerseys. Both should see action during the club’s pre-season ahead of the March 10th, 2012 kickoff J1.
