West Ham United Football Club and Iron Maiden have teamed up to release a new football shirt celebrating two major milestones: the 50th anniversary of the Hammers\u2019 1975 FA Cup triumph and the founding of the iconic heavy metal band.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Part of the popular \u2018Die With Your Boots On\u2019 apparel line, the Claret and Blue shirt is now available for fans to purchase at the West Ham online store. It follows a year of commemorative events that included Iron Maiden\u2019s sold-out concert at London Stadium earlier this year, marking a fusion of football and music history in east London.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Iron Maiden founder, bassist, and chief songwriter Steve Harris\u2014himself a lifelong West Ham supporter and former youth player\u2014was joined by the band\u2019s mascot Eddie on stage during the concert. Both wore the special edition shirt to the delight of a 65,000-strong crowd.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The West Ham x Iron Maiden 50th Anniversary shirt combines classic club aesthetics with Iron Maiden branding, featuring the 1975 FA Cup Final badge, traditional Claret and Blue trim, the band\u2019s logo across the chest, and \u201cIMFC\u201d on the right breast. Made from hexagon polyester fabric, the design also showcases Harris\u2019 famous No. 11 on the back, alongside a unique Hammer and Bass guitar crest inscribed with \u201cEst. 1975.\u201d The collaboration captures the powerful link between West Ham and Iron Maiden\u2014rooted in Harris\u2019 lifelong passion for the club.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the band\u2019s London Stadium performance, Iron Maiden even took part in a friendly against a West Ham United staff XI at The Foundry, the club\u2019s community hub that supports over 60,000 people each year.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
