German Bundesliga club 1. FC K\u00f6ln and kit partner hummel have unveiled the club\u2019s 2025\/26 Karneval Kit, paying tribute to the countless volunteers who dedicate their time and energy to keeping K\u00f6ln\u2019s famous festivities alive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under this year\u2019s motto, \u201cAlaaf \u2013 Mer dun et f\u00f6r K\u00f6lle\u201d (\u201cAlaaf \u2013 We do it for Cologne\u201d), the new design celebrates community spirit and the city\u2019s unmistakable Karneval identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inspired by classic Karneval outfit, the 1. FC K\u00f6ln 25\/26 Fastelovend jersey features bold red and white hoops and will, for the first time, be released exclusively as a traditional long-sleeved shirt. Crafted entirely from 100% recycled polyester, the design incorporates tonal all-over prints of K\u00f6ln\u2019s most iconic symbols \u2014 the city\u2019s coat of arms, the cathedral, and the crown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The gold-crowned city badge is placed proudly at the centre of the chest, while the neckline carries the inscription \u201c1. FC K\u00d6LN \u2013 1948 \u2013 1. FC K\u00d6LN.\u201d On the back of the neck sits this year\u2019s official motto from the K\u00f6lner Karneval Festival Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 1. FC K\u00f6ln 2025\/26 Karneval jersey is limited to 11,111 pieces. Fans will see it in action when the men\u2019s team wears it on Sunday, 2 November 2025, against Hamburger SV at RheinEnergieSTADION, while the women\u2019s side will debut it a week later on Sunday, 9 November 2025, against TSG Hoffenheim at Franz-Kremer-Stadion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
