Introducing the Definitely City kit for the 24\/25 season, a collaboration between global sports brand PUMA and Manchester City, co-designed by legendary musician and lifelong City fan, Noel Gallagher. Commemorating the 30th anniversary of Oasis’ iconic album, Definitely Maybe, this special-edition kit draws inspiration from the album cover that left an indelible mark on a generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exclusively worn in select European fixtures, the Definitely City kit embodies the spirit of a Club ready to make its presence felt on Europe’s grandest stages. Its bold aesthetic echoes the iconic imagery of Definitely Maybe, paying homage to both the band and the city of Manchester. It is the defending English Premier League champions\u2019 fourth match jersey released for the 2024\/25 season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The special-edition Manchester City 24\/25 jersey boasts a light straw base color, accented by vibrant blue side panels and sleeves. Subtle poppy pink detailing adorns the cuffs and panels of the jersey, while intricate marine-blue supersonic wave outlines adorn the front. PUMA’s tribute to the album cover’s color palette results in a jersey that truly embodies the spirit of Definitely City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the Definitely City collection designed in collaboration with Noel Gallagher, the kit includes a range of pieces that capture the essence of the album. The full collection comprises a Track Jacket and Pants, Overshirt, Bomber Jacket, Tee, Polo, Retro Jersey, and Drill Top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collection’s photoshoot took place in a living room recreated to resemble the iconic Definitely Maybe album cover. Manchester City players Kyle Walker, Jess Park, Mateo Kova\u010di\u0107, and Ederson joined Pep Guardiola and Noel Gallagher on set, adding an authentic touch to the campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commenting on his involvement in the design of the Definitely City 2024 PUMA kit, Noel Gallagher said: \u201cI loved City before anything, I was into City before I was into music, I was into City before I knew what music was. Definitely Maybe is what set us on our way, the record lasting as long, you can\u2019t predict that kind of thing. It\u2019s a great working class, Mancunian record \u2013 it\u2019s real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhen PUMA approached us at one of the games about designing a kit it took about five seconds to agree to it. It\u2019s the same colour palette as the cover of Definitely Maybe: it\u2019s unique but it\u2019s definitely striking, and I think it looks great. When you see people representing your Club, it\u2019s important that they look good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
