Aston Villa Football Club wore their 2022\/23 home kit for the first time during Saturday\u2019s 4-0 pre-season win over Walsall.<\/p>\n\n\n

The jersey is the English Premier League club\u2019s first from new technical partner Castore. The Villans wore uniforms from Kappa over the last three seasons.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Aston Villa 22\/23 Castore home shirt features the club\u2019s well-known claret and light blue primary colorway on a bespoke v-neck design. Embossed chevrons run along the front and back of the kit in recognition of Villa\u2019s honors throughout the team\u2019s 148-year history.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Aston Villa crest is applied in silicone to give it a textured, three dimensional look. The Villa Lion is printed in sky blue on the outside upper back.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Aston Villa 2022\/23 home jersey will be worn with white shorts and light blue socks. Claret socks will be used as alternates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
