Erre\u00e0 Sport and the Luxembourg Football Federation (L\u00ebtzebuerger Foussballfederatioun) have unveiled the association\u2019s 2022\/23 national team kits. The three kit range is furnished by the Erre\u00e0 – UEFA agreement under the Kit Assistance Scheme, through which UEFA supports smaller football associations by supplying technical sports gear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Luxembourg 2022\/23 Erre\u00e0 home shirt has a red background with at its center a vertical white band within which the image of a lion is repeated in a matching color, the lion being present in the heraldic image of the country.The band is bordered by thin blue lines and the color is also repeated in the V-neck collar, whereas the sleeve ends are white.An original detail appears on the shoulders, where the image of the lion is repeated once again, in a matching color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The back neck has a thin stripe that recalls the colors of the national flag, and within which the centerpiece of the emblem is reproduced with the words \u201cRoude Lei Huel Se\u201d (Red Lion, take them!), whilst the initials of the Luxembourg Federation, \u201cFLF\u201d, appear on the back of the collar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To round everything off, Erre\u00e0\u2019s logo appears in the center of the chest, whilst that of Luxembourg is on the left. The strip is finished off with red shorts that have thin white lines down the sides, and socks of the same color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luxembourg\u2019s 22\/23 Erre\u00e0 away kit has a hoop design which, unlike the home strip, alternates dark blue with blue. This last color is used in a different way because it appears as really thin light blue lines, within which the symbol of the lion is repeated. In this case, the V-neck collar is red as are the sleeve ends, and the same detail that appears on the home shirt also appears on the shoulders of this one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The distinctive cross that appears against the white background of the third shirt is characterized by a geometric pattern made up of blue, white and red lines. The trims on this strip are different, with a light blue collar and red sleeves.
