Italian Serie A club AS Roma has unveiled its 2021\/22 home kit. It is the first from new I Giallorossi<\/em> (The Yellow and Reds) technical sponsor New Balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to a release from AS Roma and New Balance: The club\u2019s famous colour palette is firmly on display in the rich red shades and yellow accents of the home design \u2013 the two colours being so synonymous with both Roma and the city of Rome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A subtle tonal pin-stripe design is also visible on the front of the shirt, which is accompanied by matching shorts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The unique design incorporates a v-neck collar and ribbon cuff details in yellow, whilst an outer label features the words \u2018La Lupa\u2019; an historic nickname of the Capitoline team, and a nod to the iconic female wolf symbol around which the city\u2019s lore \u2013 and the club\u2019s logo – is built.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some traditional rich red socks are completed with coloured hoops to match the overall home strip design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt\u2019s always exciting when a new kit is revealed, especially this season,\u201d said club captain Lorenzo Pellegrini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe new design was popular with the team from the moment we saw it and we are all looking forward to wearing it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Balance has applied cutting-edge design technology across all 2021-22 shirts to ensure superior performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Developed using innovative NB Dry technology, the shirts will keep players fresh and dry from the first whistle to the last.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
