D.C. United have released their home jersey for their and Major League Soccer’s 25th season in 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The MLS originals’ new primary kit pays homage to the famous D.C. United home shirt that was worn from 1996 to 2001.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is in classic DC United black with red sleeve cuffs reminiscent of the trim on the 1996-2001 jersey. The three horizontal adidas stripes of the 1990s era kit are recreated via the Black and Red’s 2020 home shirt’s shoulder stripes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“D.C. United” is printed in white on the signoff area of the new jersey. A jocktag print reading “United The District” is applied to the lower left front of the kit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
