Major League Soccer has announced that it has approved the sale of a sponsored sleeve patch on club uniforms. Beginning with the 2020 season, in addition to a jersey sponsor on the front chest of the uniform, clubs will also have the opportunity to secure a second sponsor on the right sleeve of the game jersey.<\/em><\/p>\n The patch will replace and measure roughly the same size as the existing MLS logo (approximately 2.5 by 2.5 inches).
