PUMA and AC Milan have unveiled the club’s 2026/27 third kit, a design built around a new balance between the team’s traditional colours. The AC Milan 2026 kit is anchored by a black base, with fluorescent red detailing carrying more prominence and intensity than in previous seasons.
Rather than departing from the club’s identity, the design recalibrates it, letting red take a more dominant role while keeping Milan’s red-and-black foundation intact. It marks a clear stylistic choice for a shirt that will represent the club across multiple competitions this season.
The AC Milan 2026/27 third kit’s most distinctive feature is its UV-reactive detailing, which changes appearance depending on the lighting it’s viewed under. PUMA frames the design around the idea of “Rossoneri in a new light,” describing a spirit that never dims but keeps finding new ways to shine.
That reactive quality gives the shirt a different character in daylight versus under stadium lighting, adding a technical layer to what is otherwise a black-and-red colorway.
Beyond the UV elements, the black base is described as bolder than previous Milan kits, paired with fluorescent red accents that give the design its energy.
The third kit will be part of AC Milan’s match range for the 2026/27 season, worn across Italian Serie A, Coppa Italia, and UEFA Europa League matches. Milan’s return to European competition this season means the third strip is likely to see more use than a typical alternate kit, giving supporters an additional option for following the club domestically and in Europe.
