Newcastle United Football Club has officially revealed its new away uniform for the upcoming 2026/27 season. Designed by adidas, the strip will be worn across all domestic competitions as the team competes in the Premier League, EFL Cup, and FA Cup campaigns.
The Newcastle United 2026/27 away kit blends traditional elements with modern sports styling, providing a distinct look for the squad when playing away from home.
The centerpiece of the latest Magpies away strip is a deep ‘night navy’ V-neck jersey. Embedded into the fabric is a graphic of the club’s historic castle, celebrating the city’s rich heritage and deep local identity. The dark base color offers a clean, classic aesthetic while highlighting the subtle visual details across the body of the shirt.
Honoring the club’s storied past, the shirt also features a vintage Newcastle United crest. This retro badge draws direct inspiration from the emblem worn by the team throughout the 1970s and 1980s. To complete the design rooted in tradition, a classic Magpie motif sits on the back of the neck.
The Newcastle United 2026/27 adidas away shirt is further enhanced by signature adidas detailing that elevates the overall look. This includes the iconic 3-Stripes alongside the legendary Trefoil logo. To complete the full away kit, matching navy shorts and navy socks accompany the jersey.
Supporters got their first look at the new gear on the pitch over the weekend. The kit was worn for the first time during Newcastle United’s pre-season match against Gateshead on Saturday.
