AIK Fotboll has unveiled its 2026 Nike “Everywhere” Edition (“Överallt” in Swedish) jersey for the upcoming domestic cup season. The limited-edition shirt symbolizes the club’s lasting connection with supporters in Stockholm and around the world.
It celebrates AIK’s timeless identity in black and yellow while reinforcing the message that the team’s presence extends beyond geography and generations. All proceeds from sales of this special edition will go directly to support children’s and youth sports through Stadium Sports Camp in the summer of 2026.
The AIK 2026 Nike Everywhere Edition jersey carries deep historical roots that trace back to the origins of the Allmänna Idrottsklubben. Its dark blue base color, offset with gold detailing, features AIK’s first club crest on the front—a design created shortly after the founding by vice chairman Henrik Staberg and used between 1891 and 1898. The crest has been reproduced in its believed original tones of dark blue and gold, derived from the club’s 1896 five-year report. This connection to the past underscores how the shirt bridges AIK’s earliest era with its modern identity.
Design elements of the AIK 2026 Everywhere Edition incorporate cultural and architectural references linked to AIK and Stockholm. A subtle embossed pattern across the fabric draws inspiration from the façade of the National Arena, offering a discreet link between the club’s history and its present home. On the neckline, a historic illustration from an early annual report depicts a lion holding the first badge before a rising sun, referencing the founding address at Biblioteksgatan 8, where AIK began its journey in 1891.
Among the standout details is the laced collar—a homage to AIK’s kits from both the 1920s and the Champions League group stage in 1999. The eyelets carry the inscription “Allmänna Idrottsklubben,” while the metal lace tips bear the imprint “A.I.K.” These small touches reinforce continuity with the club’s rich footballing heritage, uniting design tradition with the craftsmanship expected from Nike’s modern technical production.
Finishing off the first AIK 2026 Nike jersey, the back numbers are crafted from silk and handmade 3D silicone, partially coated in metallic gold to complement the shirt’s elegant detailing.
