Jill Martin x NFL 2026 Range

We’ve gotten our hands on the recently launched Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots editions of the new Jill Martin Sherpa Hoodie and Minnesota Vikings Cropped Sherpa Lounger Jacket for a World Exclusive in-person look, and we’ve got to say — they’ve managed to keep it classic while throwing in some pretty slick modern touches that really work. We’ve been rocking these for about a week now for daily wear, light outdoor training, and a few early morning walks, and here’s our honest take on what they’re like in real life.

Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots Sherpa Hoodies

The Buffalo Bills and New England Sherpa Hoodies are made from 100% polyester Wellsoft Sherpa, which sounds fancy but really just means it feels like wrapping yourself in your coziest blanket. You’ve got the basics covered — a drawstring hood that actually stays put, ribbed cuffs and hem that keep heat in, and a big kangaroo pocket for hands or small essentials. The fit’s described as semi-fitted, but it’s definitely got that laid-back, slightly oversized vibe that works for lounging or layering up.

Design

We’re big fans of the design direction here — it’s modern but still keeps that classic team charm. Both the Bills and Patriots versions look clean, with the team logos embroidered neatly on the chest. They’re visible without being over-the-top, so you can show your support without feeling like you’re walking around in full gameday gear. The overall look is subtle but stylish — ideal for running errands or grabbing coffee without looking like you just left the stadium. The hood fits nicely, too — roomy but not bulky — and the drawstrings actually do their job in windy weather. That kangaroo pocket? Absolute hand warmer heaven.

Fit

So, fit-wise, this one leans on the relaxed side. If you’re into that roomy, easygoing hoodie feel, stick with your usual size. But if you’ve been working out and want to show some definition, go one size down. For us, we liked the looser fit — it’s great for layering over training gear or just lounging around after a workout. It sits comfortably at the waist without feeling baggy or short, and the ribbed hem keeps the shape from stretching out no matter how much you move around.

Performance

Here’s where things really impressed us — this hoodie is warm. We tested it on a few late-night runs and some seriously cold mornings, and it held up surprisingly well. It keeps you nice and toasty in the 40s, and if you throw another layer over it when it drops into the 30s, you’re good to go. The hood and neck coverage block out wind better than most hoodies we’ve tried, and even though it’s thick, it’s not heavy or suffocating. After a week of wear and a couple of washes, it’s still super soft and hasn’t lost that fluffy Sherpa feel.

All in all, the Jill Martin NFL Sherpa Hoodie hits a sweet spot — insanely comfortable, good-looking, and actually built to handle the cold. It’s the kind of hoodie that’s easy to reach for on lazy Sundays, early gym mornings, or anytime you just want something that feels cozy but still looks sharp.

Jill Martin Minnesota Vikings Cropped Sherpa Lounger Jacket

Jill Martin describes this jacket as “bold, fierce, and Nordic-cozy,” and that’s actually a pretty accurate read. The Cropped Sherpa Lounger Jacket is made of 100% polyester Sherpa — the same plush material used in the brand’s hoodies, but here it’s structured more like a cropped coat. It has a button front closure, ribbed cuffs with thumbholes, a warm hood, and that cozy fleece texture inside and out. The fit’s listed as relaxed, so it’s meant to feel roomy rather than snug. After a week in it, we can confirm that this one’s all about comfort and warmth — that perfect mix of practical and laid-back.

Design

This jacket has a strong “casual but clean” vibe that makes it easy to wear almost anywhere. The cropped length gives it a more modern, streetwear feel while the high neckline and oversized hood keep things functional in the cold. We really liked the placement of the large embroidered team logo on the back — it’s bold without feeling tacky, almost like a vintage varsity jacket update. It’s a cool way to represent your team that doesn’t rely on splashy graphics or bright stripes. Up front, the button closure adds some structure and a slightly dressier look compared to your usual zip-up. The cuffs have thumbholes, which is a small detail but turns out to be clutch when you’re outside — it keeps the sleeves from riding up and traps warmth. Honestly, it’s a really sharp piece with a lot of personality.

Fit

Fit-wise, this jacket hits that middle ground between lounge comfort and sporty function. It’s true to size, but if you’re chasing a slimmer, more fitted look, we’d say go one size down. The cropped cut is flattering and easy to move around in — shorter at the waist but still roomy through the chest and arms. It’s not restrictive at all, and the sherpa material gives enough stretch to layer comfortably underneath. The ribbed cuffs add just the right amount of snugness at the wrists, and the thumbholes help with both comfort and warmth. Overall, this thing feels like a luxury blanket turned into outerwear, without the weight of a big winter coat.

Performance

We tested this jacket in a few different conditions — from brisk 45-degree mornings to lounging in chilly indoor rooms — and it handled both without a problem. Outdoors, it’s surprisingly capable of replacing a winter jacket as long as temps stay above 40 degrees. The sherpa traps heat really well, and the high neckline keeps the cold air out better than most hoodies. Indoors, it’s an awesome lounging layer, especially when you’re just hanging out watching football or recovering after training. The front button closure gives you some temperature control — buttoned up for warmth, open for breathability — while the elongated cuffs and kangaroo-style pockets are solid hand warmers.

After a week of use, the Jill Martin Cropped Sherpa Lounger Jacket feels like a perfect mix of comfort and performance. It’s cozy enough for lazy Sundays but sharp enough to wear out, and it’ll easily handle late fall and early winter weather on its own. If you’re into gear that feels premium but doesn’t take itself too seriously, this one’s absolutely worth checking out.
