Fluminense Football Club has unveiled its 2026 home and away kits, marking the beginning of a five-year partnership with PUMA Brasil for sports equipment supply.
The launch features the “Bendita Armadura” campaign, introducing designs that will represent the Rio de Janeiro club during the upcoming 2026 Campeonato Brasileiro and Copa Libertadores seasons. This collaboration represents a significant shift for the traditional Brazilian club as it enters a new era with the German sportswear manufacturer.
The home kit maintains Fluminense’s iconic tricolor design while incorporating notable modifications to the classic template. The shirt features an increased number of vertical stripes, a design choice that references a uniform style the club used approximately five decades ago.
PUMA has adjusted the color palette, introducing a darker and more traditional shade of maroon that adds weight and sophistication to the garments. The jersey includes a V-shaped collar that provides contemporary styling, while the back of the neck displays the phrase “Resounding of Glory,” directly connecting the uniform to the club’s anthem and trophy-winning history.
The away uniform takes a predominantly white approach with design elements drawn from Fluminense’s archival collections. The sleeves feature two stripes—one green and one maroon—applied using rubberized heat transfer technology, taking inspiration from the club’s secondary kit from 1952.
A distinguishing characteristic of this shirt is abstract artwork applied through an embossing technique on the front, creating a textured relief effect. The crew neck collar presents a contrasting design, with maroon coloring at the front and white at the back, where a small tricolor flag also appears. The back of the neck includes the inscription “Equal Love Was Not Seen,” highlighting the devotion of Fluminense’s supporter base.
