adidas Football has released the Wales 2026 home kit, featuring a design that draws heavily from Welsh heritage and national symbolism. The jersey will be worn during international fixtures over the coming year, including potential appearances at the FIFA World Cup 2026 should Wales secure qualification.

The Wales 2026 adidas home jersey maintains the traditional red base that has characterized Welsh home shirts for decades, paying homage to the Draig Goch—the red dragon featured on the nation’s flag.

The design incorporates a distinctive horizontal stripe pattern across the chest in dark green, red, and white, directly mirroring the colors of the Welsh national flag. Within the center green stripe, the word “CYMRU”—the Welsh-language name for Wales—appears as a subtle graphic element, emphasizing the country’s linguistic identity.

Additional design details include the Football Association of Wales motto displayed across the back of the neck. “Gorau Chwarae Cyd Chwarae,” which translates to “Best Play is Team Play,” references the collaborative spirit that has defined successful Welsh football campaigns.
