New Zealand Football has released their 2025 retro home and away kits by technical partner PUMA. The new throwback home jersey made its on the pitch debut in New Zealand’s Soccer Ashes loss against Australia on September 5, 2025.

The 2025 retro home kit represents a deliberate homage to New Zealand’s football heritage, featuring the iconic all-white design that earned the national team their “All Whites” nickname. This design choice specifically honors the legendary 1982 squad that achieved historic qualification for the FIFA World Cup in Spain, marking New Zealand’s first appearance on football’s biggest stage.
