Tottenham Hotspur Football Club has revealed its Nike third kit for the 2025/26 season, a design that draws on both modern performance technology and the club’s historical roots.
The kit, which will be worn throughout the team’s Premier League, EFL Cup, FA Cup, and UEFA Champions League campaigns, introduces a bold yellow base complemented by blue detailing and a heritage Spurs crest. The color scheme and badge are a deliberate nod to some of Spurs’ most notable away strips from previous decades, including the shirt worn during their 1982 FA Cup triumph.
A central feature of the 2025/26 Tottenham third kit is its use of the Nike T90 template, a design first popularized in the mid-2000s. This specific style was previously associated with some of the sport’s most recognizable clubs and national teams and is now making a return as part of Nike’s approach to the current season.
Alongside Tottenham, teams such as FC Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, and Chelsea will also wear versions of the T90 jersey, creating a wider sense of familiarity across Europe’s elite competitions while retaining each club’s individuality through unique colors and detailing.
While kits often evolve season by season, Tottenham’s decision to pair a bright yellow base with blue trim highlights a recurring theme in their away shirt history. Past kits in similar colors hold strong associations for supporters, from memorable FA Cup victories to popular designs of the 1990s and early 2000s. The 2025/26 version builds on that legacy while reintroducing stylistic touches that were once common in football shirts, such as the retro collar structure.
